Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Lead and motivate a team of Odoo consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and management
- Manage project changes and ensure documentation and communication are maintained
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets the standards and requirements set by the client and the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Odoo ERP projects
- Experience with various Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
