Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope and timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Lead and motivate a team of Odoo consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular project status updates to clients and management
Manage project changes and ensure documentation and communication are maintained
Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets the standards and requirements set by the client and the company

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Odoo ERP projects
Experience with various Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
